The B.E.S.T. journey is more than just training and programs, it’s a pathway to give underserved youth the tools, knowledge, and real, practical experience they need to thrive and dream big. Our multi-phase programs nurture personal and professional growth, while encouraging leadership and self-sustainability.
Entrepreneurship Program
This program is a launchpad for future business leaders; it sets a strong foundation in financial literacy, branding, planning, and leadership. Through a hybrid mix of classroom-based learning and real-world experience, students explore the foundations of building a business and apply what they’ve learned with a local partner business. They practice entrepreneurship and gain the confidence and skillset to build their own sustainable business or step into leadership roles.
Social Media & Content Marketing Program
This is where creativity meets digital strategy. Students dive into the world of social media and marketing, learning how to create content, access tools to edit videos and learn how to create branding and marketing strategy. From building creative campaigns, to planning a calendar of content and produce stunning visuals, our students learn how to transform their digital creativity into a business tool.
Information Technology (IT) Program
Our IT program introduces students to the foundations of modern tech, from computer hardware and cybersecurity to software development and other technologies. Our students will gain skills that can improve their technological literacy to boost their career, for further education and to also go directly into a tech-related industry.
Agriculture & Sustainability Program
Rooted in resilience, growing for the future. This program focuses on self-sufficiency and environmental responsibility as students learn how to plant, care for, and harvest crops in our garden. Not only do they gain a wealth of agricultural knowledge, but they also gain life skills in food security, teamwork and sustainability.
K-12 Youth Basketball League
Wilderness Therapy Program
In a world full of hustle and bustle, noise, pressure and stress, our wilderness therapy program offers peace, presence, and purpose. Students will learn outdoor skills such as camping, hiking, fishing, and horseback riding, while reconnecting to nature and to who they are. This program supports emotional healing, self-trust, and resilience.
It’s more than a game; this is a community.
We have a year-round basketball league that hosts games every day and offers invaluable team-building experiences for young people. Sports is a fantastic way to build leadership, discipline, confidence and belonging, all the while fostering a strong, supportive sports community.
Music Therapy Program

Our Program Structure
All of our programs follow the same structure, for ease and simplicity. These steps are the beginning of our young people’s bright futures.
Recruitment
This stage is when we reach out to schools and we receive enquiries for young people to take part in our programs.
Orientation
This is our program introduction, where expectations and opportunities are outlined to the young people.
Program Training
This is six months of hands-on education in the chosen program, developing leadership skills, emotional intelligence, financial literacy and communication skills.
Internship Placement
The second half of the program is a real-world internship within a workplace, provided by businesses who are aligned with our values and have partnered with us. This placement is aligned with the individual’s interests and strengths, and provides practical skills, confidence, and network-building
Graduation Ceremony
We love to celebrate each student’s personal growth and achievements in a meaningful community even in the form of a graduation ceremony. It honors their commitment and the transformation they have undergone.
Pathways to Business Ownership or Employment
Now, the graduates of our programs have built a solid, strong foundation of skills, networking and leadership, so they can choose to launch their own ventures or pursue employment in their dream careers. We help them to prepare, connect and manage the path they venture down.
Continued Support and Mentoring
Our support continues after graduation, where we check in on our former students and provide resources they need to ensure long-term success and stability as they transition into adult life.
